Chino Shooting Suspect Identified After Killing Woman and Wounding Man

Julio Cesar Rocha of Montclair has been identified as the man who shot and killed a 25-year-old Thalia Flores as she was leaving work and wounded a man in a parking lot on the 12500 block of Central Avenue in Chino on Thursday. He is considered armed and dangerous. Family members stated that the gunman was Flores' ex-boyfriend.
