Julio Cesar Rocha of Montclair has been identified as the man who shot and killed a 25-year-old Thalia Flores as she was leaving work and wounded a man in a parking lot on the 12500 block of Central Avenue in Chino on Thursday. He is considered armed and dangerous. Family members stated that the gunman was Flores' ex-boyfriend.
Rocha is 5'11" tall, weighs 275 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information can call Chino Police at (909) 628-1234 or police Detective Chinnis (909) 334-3047.
