Los Angeles County Health officials announced the first coronavirus death in Los Angeles County Wednesday. Six new cases have brought LA County's total to 27.
The patient who died was a woman in her 60's who had been traveling over the last month and was visiting friends Los Angeles. Her travels included a "long layover" in South Korea.
