Los Angeles County Orders "Safer at Home" Order

Los Angeles County issued a "Safer at Home" order Thursday that will go into effect at midnight Thursday night through April 19, 2020 in an effort to increase social distancing. LA residents are urged to stay home and only go out for essential items. They also ask LA residents to avoid gathering of more than 10 people. LA County Supervisor Kathryn Barger urged LA residents to only purchase what they need at stores and not to stockpile food and supplies. Los Angeles County currently has 231 coronavirus cases and 2 deaths.
