74-year-old David Diaz, a former daycare worker at Diaz Family Daycare on Canyon Estates Court in Riverside, has been sentenced to at least 20 years in prison for molesting three girls under the age of 10 while they attended the daycare. Diaz had also been sentenced to 75 years-to-life back on January 29th, which would be served after the 20 year sentence he just received. David Diaz was arrested back in March 2020 after children from the daycare told their parents about the assaults.
