Travis Scott To Refund All Astroworld Attendees, Pulls Out Of Day N Vegas

It was a sad weekend in the hip hop and music community. Eight people are dead and hundreds were injured at the third annual Astroworld concert in Houston on Friday night. An estimated crowd of 50-thousand attended the concert, which was organized and headlined by Travis Scott.

Here's what we know about the timeline of events:
SZA, Master P, Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby and more performed that night before Travis took the stage at around 8:45pm and brought out surprise guest Drake. The trouble reportedly started after 9pm and by 9:38pm it was considered a “mass casualty” incident.

Travis Scott is getting heat for continuing his Astroworld performance as fans were being shoved and trampled, even though he claimed he was unaware of fatalities until after the show ended.

Reactions have been pouring in across the music industry to the events that took place at Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival over the weekend, including Kylie Jenner who was in attendance, SZA, and Roddy Ricch who is dedicating his earnings to the victims of Astroworld.

As of this morning, a lawsuit against Travis Scott and promoter Live Nation has been filed. According to Variety, Travis decided to refund all Astroworld attendees and he has canceled his Day N Vegas Festival appearance. This story is still developing...
