A Herd Of Wild Donkeys Were Hit By A Train In Redlands, Killing 6 Animals

A herd of wild donkey's were struck by a Pacific Union train in Redlands near San Timoteo Canyon on Wednesday, killing 6 of the animals who were grazing on the railroad tracks. According to ABC 7, animal control was called to the scene to humanely euthanize the injured animals.

Residents in the area have seen these herds of donkeys for decades throughout the canyon and if you are on the Moreno Valley side of town, near Reche Canyon these animals have become a mainstay in the neighborhoods.
