Drake has been known to be a bit.... extra. This definitely has not helped his case. The Toronto native rapper had a new diamond necklace made of 42 engagement rings. This is based on the 42 times he ALMOST proposed but didn't. 42 ALMOST proposals is wild to me. The necklace is pretty dope though.
