It really feels like Dua Lipa is the Wonder Woman of pop music these days. She's easily one of the most successful pop artists releasing music, she runs a thought-provoking website/newsletter Service95, she's the host of the podcast Dua Lipa: At Your Service, she's about to make her silver screen debut in the Barbie movie this summer, and she still has time to read! Now, she's adding "fashion designer" to her impressive list of accomplishments.

This week, her 2024 women's resort wear collection with Donatella Versace called “LA VACANZA" for the iconic fashion house went live. It wouldn't be far-fetched to presume the collaboration was simply Dua slapping her name on the venture, but she really did design the pricey Barbie-like collection. In her interview with DAZED shortly after the collection debuted, Lipa whipped out her sketches. “I can show you some of my drawings if you wanna see?" she asked the interviewer. "I'm really s—t at drawing." Donatella herself also spoke to the outlet about reworking classic Versace styles with Dua for the collection. "She has a great eye," she said. "I have worked with some amazing musicians over the years – Prince, Madonna, Elton John, Whitney Houston – and they all bring a different perspective to the table and a real understanding of their audience and how to connect with them. Dua is the same.” The pop star's fans on social media are just as impressed, taking to Twitter to fawn over the collection.

Dua credits her inspiring work ethic to her parents, who moved from Kosovo to the UK in 1992. "I saw them manage so many different things,” Dua shared. “There was no shying away from hard work.”
