Serina's I.E. Top 3: Cali Man is Suing Red Lobster and More

There’s a man from the Bay Area who is suing Red Lobster on behalf of ALL California employees. In his lawsuit he is accusing Red Lobster entities of violating the California Worker adjustment and Retraining Act, which are laws requiring 60 days of written notice for mass layoffs or closure by large companies. Red Lobster has yet to respond.

The Cheech is turning 2-years-old so of course there's going to be a party and you are invited The event will take place this Saturday called the the Arte Nuestra Community Festival from noon to 7 p.m. on Mission Inn Avenue from the Riverside Art Museum to The Cheech and the festival will include performers, artists, musicians, for vendors and community organizations from across the Inland Empire. The Dodgers beat the Royals 3-0 yesterday, but lost an important person to the lineup. Mookie Betts was hit by a 97.9 mph fastball to the hand and immediately fell to the ground in excruciating pain. The bad news is his hand is fractured but the good news he will not need surgery.However, it’s unknown when he will return and Miguel Rojas will take over as the Dodgers’ starting shortstop.
