19-year-old Christian Daniel Arreola of Coachella was arrested in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a 15-year-old girl who was walking home from school in Riverside County.
The incident happened on Tuesday, September 6th after 3pm near 5500 Calhoun St. in Thermal. The girl was grabbed from behind by the suspect and he attempted to pull her into his car, but the girl struggled and escaped and ran home. She was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries. The suspect was arrested at his home in the 85400 block of Heather Lane in Coachella.
