55 year-old Billy Singfield, a NJROTC teacher at Paloma Valley High School in Menifee, was arrested this past Saturday on suspicion of statutory rape of a student. According to authorities, the alleged intimate "boyfriend and girlfriend" relationship between Singfield and a female student started back in 2022. Menifee detectives discovered evidence at Singfield's home on Saturday and Singfield was arrested. Menifee Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 951-723-1540.
