Authorities announced that two of the four Americans that were abducted near Matamoros, Mexico last Friday were found dead. The other two Americans are alive, but one of them was wounded. Mexican officials said that the four Americans were caught in the crossfire of rival cartel groups. A Mexican woman was also caught in the crossfire and died.
Tamaulipas Gov. Américo Villarreal said earlier this morning that they were sending ambulances and a security force to get the Americans.
