Ewwwww.... Woman Claims She Got Herpes from a Sephora Test Lipstick

Sephora is being sued by a woman who’s claiming she contracted herpes after sampling a test lipstick at a Hollywood store. TMZ reports the unnamed woman claims she didn’t have herpes or cold sores before an October 2015 visit, and is accusing the store of being negligent by not pointing out the disease risk associated with the so-called “common use” tubes. The lawsuit is claiming emotional distress over now having the "incurable lifelong affliction.”
