I had to share this with you, since you have been a part of her life since before she was born! My oldest baby Juleen just turned 16... Yes, ALL THE FEELS! We threw her a surprise party over the weekend and I have to say, it was pretty successful. I thought for sure someone would have ruined the surprise before Saturday, but NOPE! Her friends kept quiet and her little brother Aiden and sister Cassie did a great job too! I think I was the biggest risk for ruining the surprise, though. I could tell she was a little upset at the thought of just going to dinner Saturday (that's what we told her we were going to do), rather than doing something bigger. When she walked in the backyard, everything changed. The look on her face and the amount of times she walked up to Chris and I to give us hugs proved we had succeeded! Mission: Secret Sweet Sixteen Party, Accomplished!
