Lady Gaga fell head over heels for a fan this week after the guy dropped her at her most recent Las Vegas residency performance. ET reports that after the singer invited the concert attendee onstage at the Park Theater, he picked her up in a burst of excitement. Gaga rolled with it, wrapping her legs around his waist--only to literally roll right off the stage when he appeared to lose his balance and stumble. "It appears that Gaga hit the floor, and the fan ended up crashing down on top of her as the shocked audience gasped and screamed," the outlet notes. But like bouncing back from a "Bad Romance," Gaga soldiered on. "Lady Gaga fell off the stage and then proceeded to kill the 'Bad Romance' choreography like nothing ever happened," tweeted a fan in attendance. "The level of professionalism..far too much!" Meanwhile, Gaga seemed to allude to the gaffe when she shared pics of herself recuperating from her performance Friday on Instagram. "Post-show routine: ice bath for 5-10 minutes, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20," she wrote.
