After getting her food served late and tweeting about it back in September, Lizzo's now been served with a lawsuit. Former Postmates driver Tiffany Wells is suing the singer for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, claiming that Lizzo wreaked havoc on her life when she accused her of stealing the singer's food. Wells says she's not only been humiliated over the incident; she's also received threats and was forced to leave her job. Lizzo had tweeted a pic of Wells when she called out Postmates on Twitter, adding that Wells was "lucky I don't fight no more." However, Wells claimed at the time that she did what she could to find the singer and notes that the company sided with her on the issue. Lizzo belatedly deleted the tweet and gave an apology.
