Ok, not dogs too?!
On Friday, government officials announced that a dog has tested positive for the coronavirus in Hong Kong, having apparently contracted the potentially deadly illness from its owner. However, officials aren't sure if the pooch is actually infected with the virus or just carrying it in its mouth, as, so far, there's been no "evidence that pet animals can be infected with COVID-19 virus or can be a source of infection to people." Nevertheless, the dog has been quarantined in a shelter that's not currently holding any other animals. [NYPost]
