Due to the shortage of face-masks, some nurses and doctors have been given disposables and told they need to make them last days or even weeks. The normal use of a disposable mask is between 15-60 minutes. But since there is a shortage, this is the best that can be done. Now, the Riverside County Public Health officials are recommending all residents wear masks when doing essential shopping and going out in public in general.
