Sassie Cassie, Evelyn's youngest daughter and one of the morning show's biggest fans is celebrating her 10th birthday today!
Early this morning Evelyn's family surprised her with a giant yard sign reading, "Happy 10th Birthday Sassie Cassie". She was so happy! Obviously, celebrating birthdays during a pandemic, you gotta get creative. (Local small business love: We were so pleased with this sign from Yard Card King!)
The birthday celebrations will continue with some take-out sushi from her favorite spot, a Cassie takeover of Evelyn and her husband Chris' "ConversEAT with US!" podcast (recording later today) and then on Saturday, Evelyn's family found a theater that is offering families the opportunity to watch your favorite movies on a big screen. They will be taking Cassie to watch her FAVORITE movie/musical on Disney +, Hamilton, at the theater. Should be loads of fun!
