A new California stimulus package is on the way according to the Governor. This one would give $600 checks to working individuals making less than $30,000 and help small businesses with grants up to $25,000. California small businesses will also be eligible for up to $150,000 in tax deductions, under this plan called "Golden State Stimulus". [CBS 2]

The deal, which is expected to be voted on by lawmakers next week, also waives state fees for two years for restaurants, bars, barbers and hair stylists.
