Some Americans will be getting additional tax returns, the IRS is calling them "plus-up" payments. These are for people who didn't receive the amount of stimulus they should have last year because their income was based on 2018 or 2019. Once their 2020 taxes have been filed, and it shows they made less, they could be eligible for the additional "plus-up" payment.
Additionally, if you had a baby in 2020 you could also be eligible for the dependent credit.
