Las Vegas hotels are trying to top each other with different concerts, attractions, and perks. The Moon Resorts Las Vegas is about to take things into another atmosphere.
Plans are in place for the new hotel to feature a gigantic replica of the moon that will be 735 feet tall and 650 feet wide. There will be 4,000 guest rooms, a concert venue, a club lit up by a flying saucer, lounges, casino, convention space, and first-of-its-kind lunar experience.
For $500, visitors can go to the "active lunar colony" at the top of the resort. It will be a 90-minute experience featuring a moon buggy and actual craters. The Moon Resort is scheduled to open in 2026 or 2027. There are other Moon properties planned for China, Spain, and the Middle East.
