Stimulus: Over a million dollars in Golden State Stimulus money will be going out this week to about two-thirds of California residents. There are two programs, the Golden State Stimulus I and Golden State Stimulus II offering $600 checks to those who meet salary qualifications. This round is for lower income residents and specifically those who claim the state’s Earned Income Tax Credit should qualify for the first program. Job Fair: Disneyland announced that it has brought back nearly 80% of its workforce with plans to hire hundreds of more people during a job fair early next month. The in-person job fair will be held November 9th at the Disney Hotel exhibit hall and will offer full-time and part-time positions.
