Kanye West is heading back to court after being sued by a pastor. Bishop David Paul Moten is suing Ye after he claims Ye sampled one of his sermons in his song "Come to Life" from his "Donda" album.
The Bishop claims that 70 seconds of his sermon is used in the song and says that this is the "latest example of Kanye and the music industry willfully and egregiously sampling sound recordings of others without consent or permission." The Texas pastor is suing UMG Recordings, Def Jam Recordings, and G.O.O.D Music for damages. [TMZ]
