Airbnb is cracking down on summer "house party" bookings beginning May 27th - just in time for Memorial Day weekend.
Anyone without a history of positive reviews won't be able to rent an entire house for one night. Those without a history of positive reviews may also be restricted from making certain local or last-minute two-night bookings.
If you're booking, you'll also be asked to sign a declaration saying you understand Airbnb's "antiparty" rules.
Airbnb used these same rules last summer, denying around 126,000 trying to book their July 4th holiday alone.
