Traveling through Corona will be tough again this weekend. The same portion of the freeway that was shutdown the weekend of September 16th, will be shutdown again for repaving. It's part of the 91 Refresh project.
According to the Riverside County Transportation Commission website, "All lanes will be closed on eastbound 91, from Main Street to just west of the I-15 in Corona, the weekend of September 30."
The Press Enterprise is reporting Metrolink trains will have $10 roundtrip weekend fares, which could prove to be a good alternative.
