AT&T has settled a class-action lawsuit, accusing the company of charging California customers an administrative fee for each wireless line without telling them.
AT&T is accused of adding the fee to increase its basic rate “without having to advertise the higher prices", according to legal docs. The company "denies" any wrongdoing but will now pay a $14 million settlement.
You can file a claim if you lived and had AT&T phone services and was charged the fee between June 20th, 2015, and June 16th, 2022.
