Halloween is scary for Instagram and its users. Major outages on the platform were reported in different parts of the world.
More importantly, some users said their accounts were suspended or locked for unknown violations. Other users reported a significant drop in their followers.
Instagram tweeted, "We're aware that some of you are having issues accessing your Instagram account. We're looking into it and apologize for the inconvenience. #instagramdown."
