The list was determined by four main metrics: money, media, impact, and spheres of influence. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen landed at #1. Kamala Harris was #3 and Oprah #24 on the list.
Giorgia Meloni comes in at #7 and is the most notable newcomer on this year's list. Recently elected as Italy's first female Prime Minister. Reese Witherspoon landed at #86 and was recognized for her female representation in front of and behind the camera.
On the music front, Rihanna came in at #73, Taylor Swift at #79, Beyoncé at #80, and Dolly Parton at #96.
