Two of America's biggest pharmacies have capped the amount of children's pain relief medicine you can buy.
CVS and Walgreens have limited the amount because of increased demand due to the "tripledemic" of flu, RSV, and COVID. CVS will only allow you to buy two children's pain relief purchases in-store or online. Walgreens has limited online transactions to six, but there is no limit on in-store purchases.
The Consumer Healthcare Products Association says the sales of children's pain care products are up 65 percent over last year. While there isn't a widespread shortage, demand is high, which causes stores to wait for restocking.
