Janet Jackson is implementing a new set of rules on her upcoming tour.
Her Together Again tour kicks off in April, and according to a new report, Janet will be enforcing Me Too rules for those on tour with her. The Sun reports that Janet is taking notes from Beyonce, who did the same with her tour implementing “Me Too checks."
These “checks will see everyone from her dancers and bandmates to crew and general staff vetted to ensure they don’t have a history of abuse.”
The insider added that while it’s “not cheap to do but for Janet and those close to her, creating a safe and kind work environment is more important than profits. She also wants a completely non-toxic working environment for all her staff and by implementing these early checks she is eradicating the risk.” [Read More]
