Amanda Bynes is taking a long-awaited step back into the spotlight. Making her first major appearance since her controversial conservatorship ended last year, Bynes will be joining her “All That” castmates at 90s CON. Commenting on the event, Bynes said, “I’m really excited to reunite with my cast mates and meet the fans at 90’s Con!”
