Several eyedrop brands are responsible for horrible results. The the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports three people have died and others needed a eyeball removed because of infection. Eight other people have lost vision in one eye. Others needed a corneal transplant.
The eyedrops in question are EzriCare Artificial Tears, Delsam Pharma's Artificial Tears and its Artificial Eye Ointment.
