In Ontario, two children were found dead at the home and an adult was transported for medical treatment according to police.
This happened at the 500 block of East Tam O’Shanter Street. Apparently they found two children dead at the scene. The mother was found unresponsive at the scene and then was listed in stable condition at the hospital.
A cause of death has not been determined.
