Two women were accused of posing as IRS agents and defrauding people, according to Fontana police. Ailing Lu, 25-Year-Old, Ailing Lu and Ji Hyun Lee posed as IRS agents and defrauded many people. Threatening to arrest victims unless they paid them in Target Gift Cards.
