Extra police officers were just sent to Repetto Elementary School in Monterey Park after a gun was just found near the campus. It is still unknown from Law Enforcement if this was going to lead to potential threat to the school since the gun was so shockingly near this campus. Regardless authorities and school officials aren't taking any chances and more Police have just been summoned to the school.
