According to the animal service depart one of the 8 week old puppies was found near a canal in a well fenced area. However just moments later, the pup suddenly disappeared and was found along with the other puppy in the nearby hole with various tunnels - possibly made by rabbits or other critters. Once animal service got a hold of them they kindly gave them a well deserved bath and will taking close care of them until they can be put up for adoption.
