What in the hell? How could any parent be so carefree and just leave their baby in the middle of the road. SMH I'm just stunned as i was watching this video. Props though to the 2 guys that stayed with the baby until the Police arrived. They even put clothes on the baby because when they saw the baby wondering on the road the baby had no clothes on. Wow!
