This is absolutely heartbreaking to see. Thank goodness the neighbors in this area called the authorities because they complained of a smell. Authorities were stunned to find 21 dogs being malnourished. Can you believe that these poor dogs only ate tree branches to stay alive! Like what the hell is wrong with this owner? Luckily The Inland Valley Humane Society will now be handling these dogs, and the dogs will be spayed and neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed and receive flea and tick treatment. Then they will be able to be adopted. Anyone in the I.E. need a new Pup? Please go check them out!
